Why use Magnesium + Gentle?

This formula contains 100mg Organic Magnesium Glycinate, an oxide-free magnesium that provides better absorption when compared to Magnesium Oxide.  The addition of Ginger to the formula acts as a digestive aid, as Ginger has traditionally been used to help relieve minor digestive disturbances.  An easy-to-swallow vege capsule allows for divided dosing throughout the day if required.
